Does anyone have this filter? WHen she says, "Doesn't come with all media" what does that mean?

It means, that there is no media inside it (thing that filter your water, cotton, bioballs, substrat, ehfimech etc... You know.) You need to buy some media, if you're going to use that filter.

seeems like a good filter, how often do you need to refill this stuff if at all or clean it?

Eheim filter pads (blue pad) lasts long, few years. EhfiSubstrat lasts long although manufacturer recommends to change some of it every 6 months or so (I only wonder why ), EhfiMech lasts long and finally that fleece thing (white, fine pad) you need to replace it everytime you wash filter. It's not worth to try to wash it.

Sorry, don't buy EhfiFix/synth - I ment these blue and white pads, when talking about EhfiFix/synth:

And how often you need to wash your filter? Hard to tell.. I wash mine (2028) sometimes on every 3 months and sometimes on every 6 months.
