Eheim 2010 Filter Help

Ive just got this filter and i have no idea how it works the instructions are uselss!!! Ive plugged it in stuck it in the tank and thats that lol?

Anyone with this filtet have any idea??

I love Eheim filters and always use them over any brand. Just because they "I would say" have the best turbines on the market right now.

i have it its great and pretty simple if i can remember put in the cups and then everything should just slpt in theres vids on utube check them out

Oh, Not a canister. Then yes, Its fine. Nothing else to do.

This sounds stupid, But i turned up the bottom of the tank so should i be able to see dirt being sucked into it??

If you are expecting it to suck fish poo etc from the bottom of the tank, it won't. Removing that is your job, filters (or at least internals) don't do anything for heavy stuff on the bottom of the tank. They do remove bits floating in the water.

The lil pipe bit on top is that meant to be sticking out top of the water?

yes its for ajusting the flow of water but its not needed i didnt use it on mine
