Today I brought home number six... a yellow guy (a real pale yellow, but VERY hansome!! as all of my boys ). After a 45 minute drive there and back, I have him in a nice one gallon Kritter Karrier, and he seems happy and healthy (knock on wood). He's eaten, and is checking out his new home. I poked my head in my bedroom to check on him, and he swam over to the side to check me out. Now I'm trying to find a name for him...
Well, I sort of lied...lol He's really not all that yellow...it was just wishful thinking on my part. He's mostly white, with some real light blue fins...he kinda looks a very, very light yellow...in the right light. lol
But today I found one that has REAL yellow on his head and some yellow undertones. So the original "yellow" betta is finding a nice home with my neighbor that will spoil him as much as I do my boys. I promised myself that six was my limit, so I have to stick to that...for now.
