Do water changes and get some salt.

Ok, I’ll do more water changes. I’ll ask my friend to bring me some salt so I can keep it alive till he takes it

I agree with @Colin_T , do a 75% water change, and get some aquarium salt, or epsom salt.

Don't use Epsom salts.

Use non-iodised sodium chloride (rock salt, sea salt or swimming pool salt).
