Dyed?

Since it's scientific name is different from that of the Zebra Danio, I'm guessing isn't a dyed version, but an actually different species. I've only heard of the "Blue Danio" at one source before this, so I can't give more info than that. Maybe they're just rare? I imagine they'd be on many aquarists' lists to "boycott" if they were died... :unsure:
 
Brachydanio kerri is "bluish" under the right lighting. What you will often find is a somewhat exagerrated description or drawing showing a dazzling blue fish, when you see it in reality, small, farm bred and stressed, it looks like another silver danio.
