Looking at Bunji's comment, it has to be ancistrus. There just is absolutely no such thing as a fincistris
The Common Bristlenose will grow to approx 5 " and tend to be good community fish.
Just make sure you have hiding spots in the form of wood or slate.

yeah make sue you get a COMMON bristlenose because there are moe than one type of plec that looks like a bristlenose and some get really big. i believe the minions is around 10".

Yeah exactly ! Don't get a "common plec" - as a juvinile easily mistaken - you'll end up with one huge fish !
