I have a Dwarf Gourami that has been laying at the bottom of the tank for almost a week. He is still alive and breathing. I don't know what to do. Is he suffering? The last time I had the water tested the ammonia level was high and I removed 25% of the water. Hew as in a 10 gallon tank with 2 others. He has now been in a 60 gallon tank since Sunday. Should I end his suffering?

If a fish doesn't what they should do (= swim) I'd say it is suffering. After a week I'd euthanise it (sorry).

I agree.  I've never known a fish in this state to recover.

are both tanks cycled?  it sounds like the 10 gallon is not cycled if it has high ammonia....buy yourself an api test kit so you can test it regularly till tank is cycled....you should be doing larger than 25 % wc if you have fish in that tank...more like 65% wc and repeat every day or two untill ammonia levels and nitrite levels are 0...it could take several weeks to cycle your tank....

it would be best to remove all fish from 10 gallon tank and do a fishless cycle process as described on this forum

Are these two others also dwarf gouramis? It's not recommended to keep that many dwarf gouramis in a tank that small. Maybe he was hurt due to some aggression.

I've heard of Gouramis lying on the ground if there are aggressive fish in the tank, so that could be the case.
