Dwarf Gourami

I have a Neon Blue Dwarf Gourami, and right now i have him in a 5 gallon tank. I am planning on keeping him in here just untill he grows a little. Right now he is at about 1 inch long and he was getting picked on in my 29 gallon by my Female Blue Gourami. Is it okay to keep him in here untill he grows up a little? There is also a Female Guppy in the tank. They get along fine.

As long as you got some filtration in the 5 you should be fine. Dwarf gourami 2" plus whats a guppy about 1.5"? I think you'll be fine but when the gourami gets a little bigger he might want more territory and the guppy would be a good snack
