Dwarf Gourami Has Popped Out Eye

Looks as though his eye has poped out its socket and is now stuck on his head as if its artificial. Its hppened overnight help needed please

I only have fin rot and fungas medication

I have put the temp upto 27 and done a 75% water change as well as adding a nice fiece bubble wall to increase airration

Has the eye rotted away not quite sure what you mean.

looks almost like a black moor goldfish on one side

The fish are affected with "Pop Eye", a kidney infection

Seems to be this no idea on treetment still though as I am in the uk

You need to keep the water absolutely pristine and get some sort of anti-bacterial med.

The med for popeye in the uk is anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
The fungus and finrot med no good so don't add it.

The water is spotless as I have done a 75% change yesterday and a 50% change today
