Hi, we have a Dwarf Gourami in our 29 gallon tank with about 4 molllies (1 is still a baby), 5 platties (4 of which are babies),
and one rubber lipped pleco. They have all been living quite peacefully for almost a year I would say. The mollies are a bit newer though, not sure how old they are. Anyway, I notice the Gourami hides out in the big pot we have in the tank. He is always the last one to come and eat in the morning and I have also noticed him slamming around every now and then. But today I notice he has a slight bulge in one side. He seems to be still eating and swimming normally. Is this a bacterial infection of some sort? I have read that Gourami's are notorious for these types of infections. Is there anything I can do while he still seems to be okay?
