Dwarf Gourami Died

Lost one female DG yesterday and I am scouring all forums to find answers but to no avail. She did sit upright for almost a day ...

I have put in anti fungus and vitamin she did dash for a couple of minutes and after that sits at the bottom of the tank again till she is gone.

Only left one DG now with me ... dont think will have other DG in my tank period.

Did she show any other symptoms - change in colour, markings on the body etc?

What are your water parameters like? What is the tank like (e.g. size, stocking)? Have you recently introduced any new fish or plants?

I did notice that the erratic behavior a day before she stays quiet. Sporadic swimming every now and then. The body is fine but she does have rusty tails ,, kinda of faded brownish.
