My tank has a footprint 80cm x 35cm

Err Forests tank is 32"L 12"W 15"H (so that 82cm x 30cm x 38cm) Almost the same as yours. I dont have a attitude problem you are the one who always has to disagree with what i say.

Forests tank is the same as mine... don't you think that's why I posted?
My single pair of rams need the space to themselves to avoid too much fighting. You were suggesting 1 pair with another pair of cichlid Ie. 4 Cichlids.
Hence why I disagreed and hence why I posted. Because it was definitely something worth noting.

Also...so what if I disagree with what you say? There's not need take it to a personal level. I don't take what you say personally...it's a forum, second I close this window I couldn't care less what your opinion is when it comes to fish. I'm only bothered when you A) make it personal or B) Make out that I am completely wrong and there is no possible way I could possibly be giving sound advice.
That way people asking for advice don't get the full picture, because you're not willing to listen to anything else...

Eitherways, said my piece (with regards to the rams inparticular) and that is all I had to add to the actual topic.

I appreciate both of your advise extremly, i think i'll just give things a try and see how it goes (i have a back up tank if it all goes to pot).
