it was £3.00 a bag (3 litres) so im not to sure about it tbh

Their website doesn't say anything about it providing nutrients to the plants so would think its just an inert gravel type substrate rather than a plant specific substrate.

just put a bag in and its hard so put some in water and its still hard after 45 mins so looks like it isnt any good like same said.

the lad said it was the only stuff they had. looks like in going to have to get some more tropica stuff
