Duck Weed

I rather like Duck Weed, it seems to add a very natural look to the Aquarium. It's good as an Ammonia absorbent and provides shade from harsh lights. Also, I like the way the spray bar pushes it into the water and it dances around. Must be the easiest plant in the world to take care off and if you can stick it, it has benefits.

I think I received my duckweed in with some cherry shrimp. I was pretty sure I had removed it all in the drip acclimation process.

Apparently I left some super tiny small piece in. I have grown fond enough of it. Especially since the shrimp enjoy the roots. I don't heavily skim it out. So, I have a dark and a light side on the aquarium. The only thing that minority irritates me is pulling the filter tubes and knocking it off daily.

Yes, I know some of what is on topic frogbit. It was there before duckweed.
