Drunk Angel Fish?

Hi! This is the frist time i have owned Angel Fish so i dont know too much about there behavior. The two i have swim around happily throughout the day, but as i was watching them earlier this evening, i notice they seem a little drunk, they wobble quite alot. I dont know if this is a common thing for angel fish or not,but i am worried they might have a little swimbladder problem, or maybe its just my filter maybe needs turning down a bit?

Any help would be ace!

Need more info I'm afraid.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish.
Do you mean the laying to oneside while swimming.
Do they look bloated.

Well the tank cycling and they are not hardy fish.

There not looking bloated or anything, when they swim the look absolutly fine, just when there idling at the bottom they wobble to one side (towards the filter) then get back upright again. I take it from your last comment there you are suggesting a partial water change?

Yes just to be on the safe side, if there struggling now its not looking good.

Could be dealing with swim bladder.

Try some shelled peas, cook frozen peas for a few minutes, let cool down, pop out of shell, mush between fingers and add to the tank.
Make sure the filter not to powerful that its the current there struggling with.

I generally know the symptoms of swimbladder. Ill check out the treatment when i get into work tomorrow, i have adjusted my filter and they seem pretty fine at the moment. Obviously ill check them out again in the morning and see how the little guys are doing. Then ill do a partial water change as i mentioned in my other topic earlier. I dont want to tamper too much because i dont want to have them suffering from cloudy water again.

Best get some sleep myself i think!

I had the same problem, so i changed water and done all the usual stuff, no change. I diverted the flow from my external filter and it sorted the problem straight away.???
