I use a measuring jug to put in fresh water to my tank and I thought it was all cleaned out, when I finnished putting in the water i saw white bits floating about, thought it must be dried milk as i used the jug for milk the day before.
will this hurt the fish? They did seem to like it, couldnt get enough of it lol

I dont think that milk is good for the fish.

 farting fish, that'd be so cool.

i dont see it being deadly or anything, but im unsure about how good it is for them to be eating it. id remove it

The problem with them consuming milk products is that they haven't evolved to be able to digest it. Species other than mammals don't naturally consume milk, and aren't really equipped to digest it.

I wouldn't be too surprised if the fish got a little upset stomach, but I wouldn't really be surprised if they just passed it without problems, either. Just...well...try not to do it again. ;)

haha yeah ..if you see bubbles after their tail....guess who tooted??

Hmm...i'd try not to feed it to them mainly on the basis of what kiarra said and is very true and in larger quantitys than what your fish ate they could get sick or constipated- i also don't think milk is going to be very safe for your fish tank water and could bring on some nasty deseases.
