Does a chinese algae eater have teeth? And can it hurt a dragonfish (dragon goby)?

Can a dragonfish (dragon goby) breathe air?

Is it possible for a guppy and a swordtail to breed?

chinese algae eater doesnt have teeth, but can hurt a dragon fish by attaching itself onto its body and eating the slime coat. dragonfish is a brackish filterfeeder so those fish shouldnt really be together anyways and it cant breathe air from the atmosphere. i think a guppy and swordtail can breed, but im not really sure about that.
