nope the stripes go from the spine in diagonals like a zebra plec ish

and theres say 5 stripes ish

same sort of whiskas thou

I have 2 striped raphael...and they rarely come out...well not when I am about...but if I put an algae wafer in and turn the light off...and sit still...they both come out and rip chunks off the wafer...lol
