i live in the 3rd story of my house and i lose like a good 4-5inches of water a week... i put a metal mesh cage hood(have the same tank as my fish tank but it was for a rabbit or something) and i put that lid on it... doesnt help for #### but i didnt really expect it too, it was just to keep the lady bugs out(long story)
anyways think puting suran rap over it or atleast in something like yours would make less water evaporation?
