In case your wondering how the lights are different colours, ive been playing with both of my lights I have to see which looks the best

So, what you all think?

That they are...the silver 1 that you can see slightly in the 2nd picture, I have had him since he was a baby, when I got him he was tiny! The other, I got off a user on here, he was a bit smaller than that...But has become my favourite mainly due to his colouring

Forgot to ask...does that look like enough sand in the bottom?

Loads of views, but no replies as to the amount of sand?

your angels look great :D

i normally have loads of sand in my tanks - 2 or 3 times deeper than that, dunno if thats a good thing or not though lol
have you considered getting some small pebbles or coarse gravel to break it up a bit? might make it look more natural

i use 3-4 inches of sand in my planted tank and the plants root really well. I still have to use lead around the bottom of them though as the Kribs ang Cory's soon uproot them if ya sand is fine.

Looks good though! What else have you got in there with the angels?

I would always pick sand over gravel (just personal preference), I would also double the amount of sand if you want your real plants to root well...

Well I only have the 2 left in there at the moment, fish ate the other lots lol!

So, on friday im going to get myself a few more, get rid of every fake plant in there finally! Starting to love the real plant look

As for Ianho's question, I have 3 clown loaches, a plec, gourami, 3 blind cave fish, and 1 glass catfish

I did have 3 glass catfish but lost 2 during treatment time for the clowns white spot...So going to pick up some more friends for him this weekend as they are meant to be in groups

havent been on here in a while but boy he got big since you bought him, the colouring is amazing isn't it, does he still take food off your finger? used to love feeding him, have a bigger tank now and wish had kept him really, need new fish!
