Yes, you HAVE to have a special permit to own wolves and in some states/counties wolfdogs as well.
In Florida they allow a wolfdog with the content of 74%. There is no way yet to truly tell the content of a wolfdog, we go by ancestory , attitude and appearance.

These pups are very very very low content- they are basically all dog. So, a person can probably pass them off as dogs and have no problem keeping them.
But, every pup is different and gets a different amount wolf/dog genes when born.
Now it is a waiting game to see how they turn out.

No, not all are sold yet. But, most are.

I might keep one- but probably not, hehe. I already have 4 dogs- with the pups I'm up at 10.

Believe me, they take up a GREAT deal of my time.... (I did forget to mention that I currently have 3 litters making 13 pups-so I only usually have 11 dogs)

I used to have about 13 cats-3 or 4 dogs- a pheasant- chickens-fish-and an alligator- all at once.

We are animal FREAKS- well I am, mum isnt too pleased, haha.
Animals are so great.

wow those are some gorgeous dogs. I would love to own a dog with wolf in them. Did you get the parents from a special breeder? you must post pics once the pups get a bit older, I cant wait to see!

I'm trying my dangdest to get more fencing up- a little at a time- then imma cross section so we have many large enclosures and a horse pen.

Then after were set up- I'm getting pure wolves. Not sure what kind- Arctics or Timbers.

So I have to buy a deep freeze- pay a redneck to shoot some deer, buy a goat (for the milk) and some more rabbits/chickens.

I'm also gonna use carp as food as well.

Gotta hire someone to slaughter them for me though. (wolf/dog/cat food).

Is very greatful for all the blessings my family has had, .
You all will hate me when the gardens start getting lush and the pups grow- I'll be posting like a fool! LOL.

I got the parents from a woman in my town-
She was going to breed wolfdogs- but her husband wanted to breed bulldogs and make them mean. She didnt want to subject them to that awfulness.
If I were her, I'd divorce him. lol. She got them from a local breeder.

Oh yeah-

A pack of wolfdogs make alot of noise, LOL. Howling at all hours of the day/night. I love the sound- but it can travel for miles.

....and she is having a real hard time with some fishy illnesses lately, poor girl.
