Doing A Cycle With Fish-should I Be Doing Daily Water Changes?

I bought a liquid test for the ammonia but still had the test strips for the others. So while I wait for the liquid tests to arrive I have been checking the water daily at the LFS who use the water too. Did 25% change last night and am going to check right now what the levels are at the LFS and will change water accordingly.
