Does This Work For Feeding Adfs?

I saw this food at PetCo and was wondering if it would be suitable for the basis of an African Dwarf Frog's diet. So could someone who knows MUCH more about ADFs than myself please let me know.

I know that my mom wouldn't want bloodworms and such in the freezer, so I think that if this something that they could eat daily, then I could probably go ahead and get the frogs.

It looks alright for ADFs. You could just feed them shrimp pellets. Thats what I fed mine and they loved them.
