Does This Look Like The Beginning Of Ich?

I tried to take a good zoomed in picture of my violet goby's tail. Here's the thing though, I'm not sure how well you can tell, but the little spots aren't actually white. They're clear looking. I just wanted to be proactive, just in case.

Almost looks like coloring, keep an eye on it though, just in case.

Are the spots something ON the tail or are they part of the tail?   To tell this, you would have to look at your fish's tail from the end to see if you see anything sticking out from the fin itself VS something that is completely flat and part of the fin.  ICH could be a culprit if the spots are on the fin.  If the spots are part of the fin, it might be something like color changing or even possibly fin rot starting.

They do not stick out from his tail, so perhaps it is coloring. Hopefully it's not any type of fin rot, I'll keep an eye on it. What exactly would I be looking for if it was?

Okay, I'll try to keep an eye on it. His others fins don't have any "spots", so maybe that's a good thing.

This was day 2 or so, first day, it looked like tiny (needle head sized) air bubbles stuck on their tails. Later nearly all fish in the aquarium got it, but luckily all survived.

It's been 4 days since I posted this thread, and his tail looks exactly the same as before. Hopefully it's just coloring.
