Both are showing signs they are ready and have only been in the tank together for just over 24 hours. He's built a large nest and she's showing bars. Can i let her loose yet?

conditioning should be for 10 days, no less

I would leave her the full two days just to make sure she may seem ready but that doesnt mean she will be - its the old rule better to be safe than sorry!
