Does it look like my betta is bloated?

Water quality is good, eats, and swims around fine. Just noticed that his stomach seems to be more grey/round today (maybe I'm imagining things). I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with him. Btw, his fins don't look the best because he used to be in a 1-gallon tank.

What is your feeding schedule with him?
(How often, how much, size of food)
What did you test the water for?

4 omega one betta buffet pellets
1 piece of tropical bug bites

don't feed for 2 days a week

Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH, gH, chlorine
everything was normal (0 ammonia, 1-20 ppm nitrate, 0 nitrite, 6.8-7.2 pH)
