Nope, I don't use it either. But I do use Flourish Excel daily as a carbon source.

no co2 and only add firts bi weekly. left mum instructions when i went away for 2 weeks and it still looked wicked when i got home

this one gets or had daily firts and hi co2

i will say this.just because people say you need it dosnt mean you have to. what works for some dosnt for others
