Does anyone know how to transfer YouTube videos to Photos or add it to downloads?

Hi, I just want to know if there is a way I can import a youtube video or link into Photos app or save it to downloads.

Just copy & paste the YouTube link into the area where you type stuff and we can view the video at YouTube. Quite often if the video is small, it will automatically put the video on here too.
