Does Any One Do Scrapbooking?.

i do scrapbooking its kinda easy if you have heard off qvc they do a scrapbook set on there and every think u need is in the kit, shows u wht to do etc i got this and now im on my 5th 1 they make great prezzies 4 ur fam, Also the more you do the cheaper it works out, I find anyway.

I have done a fair bit of scrapbooking (although it's been about a year since my last one!). I'm not great at it as I'm not that artistic and it can be time consuming, but also very enjoyable and relaxing!! As people have mentioned - they make great pressies for people!!

How did I miss this? I love scrapbooking! I have spent so many hours doing it its not funny. I think I have four or five scrapbooks on 12"x12"(inch) paper that range between 2 and 4 inches thick. Very heavy. I have so many pictures that need to be added, though. I don't think I'll ever catch up. I am only recently realizing that I need to be a bit more choosy about which pictures to add. Or else, take fewer pictures.

I'm making a scrapbook of my boyfriend and I's first year, its really easier then people think, the best things to make it look pro are stickers IMO and scrapbook paper comes in so many awesome sizes and varieties, then with the leftover cuttings you can make borders :)

Scrapbooks can be very simple or very elaborate and everywhere between. I've done several as gifts - 4 wedding albums, a military album, vacation albums, baby albums. I usually do a chronological album for myself each year, although I am behind schedule. I enjoy going to all-day events or weekend retreats where I can work away without interruption and without having to put my supplies away when it's time to sleep. I would love to spend more time on this hobby, but unfortunately I work full-time and that gets in the way of the fun. I am finishing up the wedding album for my newest daughter-in-law, and I've recently finished a baby album for one of our grandchildren. Just two more weeks until the weekend fall retreat :hey:

I do this hobby too, im from the uk. It is getting bigger over here i agree. I have been doing it now for about 3 months and loving every minute on it.
I am taking my time though, i only do it when i feel the creative urge too. I dont wanna just stick photos in willy nilly, i want to to be creative and thoughtful.

I just got back from the weekend scrapbooking retreat. Whew, I'm tired, but I had a very productive time. It's a very enjoyable hobby for me, and the memories will be there for my children to share with their grandchildren some day
