Hi all

I love watching all my fish, especially the harleys with their shoaling....but i think my fav fishes at the moment in my tanks are the cories, they just make me smile they way they wiggle around, not caring about anything, looking like what i would call 'naughty little puppies' looking at me through the glass so mischievously then zooming off to make more mischief elsewhere before coming back to the front for a nosey again!!

They make me laugh and it warms the 'cockles of my heart'!

I know i sound daft!

Whats your fav fish to watch and why?

I could watch my Stiphodon sp. gobies for hours...not that I will get the chance, the are all over the tank and vanish round the back and sides of the tank for hours.

Really fun to watch when they are out though, get a few pairs and watch the politics unfold.

i could sit and watch the plec forever, they fascinate me no end!

I loved watching my loaches when they were all out - zipping up and down the front of the tank, especially when the cats noticed them as well. Shame I only have one now :( he's still funny to watch, but much less interesting than when there was a whole gang of them!

have 5 cories in there at the moment , funny you mentioning coming to the front glass for a nosey , shes just been and went , lol :good:  :fun:

Hey all,

I could sit and watch my dads Red Eyed Puffer for ages shes looks beatiful and i love it when she spreads out her tail and goes from one side of the tank to the other

I could watch my black ghost knife for hours but Phantom normally isn't out all that often. My yoyo botias amuse me alot also.

i can sit and watch all my fish equally they have to be interesting to stay in the tank lol love my syno though
scot :)

I could sit and watch my platy's for hours. Sure they're quite common, but they all have their own personality, and I love to watch the way they tease my cat, he'll like, pounce against the side of the tank, they'll swim away, and as soon as the cat has sat back down, they'll swim straight back, it's hilarious!

I also sat, for two hours-ish, watching one of them give birth. Such an amazing thing o:

i love watching my bolivian rams, and it seems they love watching me, whenever i sit in my rocking chair to watch the fish, they seem to watch me back. actually, once i was moving decor, and i gently snagged a bolivian ram, General Sherman in my hand and raised him to the top, i was going to feed him, but it was hard to get the food with only one hand lol.

My betta Edgar, because he's my only fish who also likes watching me (and he begs for food like a puppy!). I also enjoy watching my male honey gourami obsess over and guard his bubble nest (there are no eggs in it, but that doesn't stop him!)

I don't have just one fish I love to watch. I like to watch them all interact with each other each is fun in their own way.. But I love to watch my baby severum eat she is so cute and loves her food. And my ebjd is crazy so active I often find my self watching him more then the tv. Then when my bn is out gliding around I just love it. I can't just pick one I like them all.
