Do My Fish Have Parasites?

hi, i have recently noticed that some of my fish have clear poo and some of the keep rubbing themselves against the gravel, and i was wondering what was wrong with them?

Could be a few things-

Water paramters (Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate) ?
What type of fish?
other fish in tank?
size of tank?
How often do you do water changes-and how much?
any chemicals added to the water?
When did you cycle the filter and how?
Anything added to the tank recently(live or otherwise)?
