Do Multies Like Flow?

Im wondering if the neolamprogus multifascius would enjoy a bit of flow in my 12 gal, its a jewel tank so has got the internal, but thats not very powerful and doesnt carry the poo up very well.

so shall i add a koralia nano powerhead?
 
I think they would be fine with a powerhead, if once you add it, it seems they are having a hard time swimming you may need to adjust it's direction, but I would be a surprise if it's a problem. :nod:




Oh, and try to be patient in this section, there aren't that many old world keepers (especially tangs) and it can take a day or more for an answer. :good:

thanks, so excited, im re-doing the tank tang style in a few hours and then hopefully getting them on tues/wed from wildwoods :)

Yes Multi's do enjoy good water flow.

I have 2 external filters in my 240 L which creates quite a lot of movement but this never seems to bother them, even the fry seem to cope OK.
