I don't think he using the other tank he didn't say.

sorry i didnt say but i had 2 filters in the old tank and just took one out and placed it in the new one so my other little fishies are fine . Testing the water today and then just putting in two platies for a couple of weeks before i add the others . Do you think this will be ok?
