Do I Have A Runt?

My Female BN lives in a 36 gal tank. She is about a year old. When I got her she was tiny 1.5" now she is 3.5" But has seem to stop growing. She filled out a little but is not getting longer. Will she get any bigger?

This is her when I first got her. This is the same chunk of wood as in the all the other photos.

Some are just smaller. A lot of people are breeding small males and females that in turn hava a percentage of smaller fry - I has a 2.5" male at one time who was a prolific breeder!

They also slow down growth after the 1st year so she may get a bit bigger over time. Shouldn't be a problem though.

That is what I was thinking are they breeding them smaller? Seems like they are.

thanks I love this little girl I think she is a great looking BN too. I got her from PetCo she was labelled as a common pleco only $2.
