In my 125 I currently have:

1 rainbow shark
1 blue three spot gourami
2 angels
10-15 neon/cardinal tetra
5 zebra danio
6 mollies
4 otos

I recently moved the danios from my 30 and they couldn't be happier with all the swimming space.

In my 30 I currently have 19 tiger barbs. I don't want them nipping fins but then I think maybe my shoal is large enough to keep them well behaved.

Any input? If I do try it and it fails is it the type of thing where they would ruin me overnight? Or we I be able to observe trouble and just re-separate them?

125 liter or gallon? If it's gallon, give it a shot and you can separate them if you have problems. Just watch them closely for a day or two

I agree with Rynofasho; if it's a 125 gallon, yes, give it a go. If it's 125l, then, no, as it's already overstocked (those angels need to move, for a start) and the tiger barbs would be just too much.

i would be a little concerned if you had 19 Tiger barbs in a 30 litre tank....

Oh, I'd completely forgotten to mention that

That's frightening; I've got 20 in a 48x15x15 and they pretty much fill that....
