do goldfish eat bladder snails

i have small bladder snails that came in with a plant. they are getting bigger and they appear to help clean the tank bottom.
i have a large (4-5”) fantail goldfish. will the goldfish eat the snails? goldfish tank gets algae on the glass.

Snails are not normally part of a goldfish's diet. However, if a snail is crushed in the aquarium, the fish might eat it. Big goldfish might eat small snails on plants but they generally don't go out of their way to hunt down and eat snails.
