Do Dollars Kill?

Im sorry to say this, but if you dont take most of your fish back, your fish will die, eitehr from disease, bad water, or being stunted. Here is what you should get rid of:

Neons
RTBS
Killifish
Catfish
I would also take back the Galazy Rasbora, he/she needs to be in large groups

I would also buy 2 more platies.

Why............

The neons are fine, why would i need to get rid of them? the catfish is a MUST because of algae, he is always as happy as larry swimming sucking his way round the tank. also why the kilifish? I had two playies but 1 bullied so i took it back and got a galaxy Rasbora which i hope to het a few more of.

Okay, what kind of "catfish" do you have? Your tank simply is not big enough for those tetras, if you do a upgrade, then you could keep them, but right now, you cannot keep them adequatley.

It's a 2 and half foot tank and tetras are tiny?? Sorry I don't understand why you think my tank is so small to house them.

here is a pic with my old platy i took back.... my catfish is a Bristlenose Pleco Catfish i think.

Hey do you have the dimensions for the tank? to me it looks bigger than 54litres?
Also what is your filtration and maintenance regime for the tank?

If it is only 54 litres then you would be looking at a stocking of around 15 inches of fully grown fish

problems with current stocking
1x Galaxy Rasbora - I would personally rehome this as they are a shoaling fish and you simply don't have room to add any more
1x Red Tail Shark - needs bare minimum of a 50gallon ank when fully grown to reduce aggression
1x Killifish - Do you know what type this is? some species of killifish will happily munch on your neons and other small fish when it gets bigger
1x Dwarf Frog - ideally should be kept in a small group
1x Silver Dollar - rehomed, well done, a SD would have needed a much bigger tank

I would say a stocking similar to this would give you a well stocked tank, but one that is doable provided maintenaince on the tank is good

8 neons
1 Dwarf frog
3 male guppys
1 Platy

1 Bristlenose - provided filtration is very good and water changes are done regularly
