I wanted to get some live plants for my tank, and while looking in petco, I came across these cute little black spotted cories. I thought they would look nice. I didn't buy them because the tank isn't finished yet, but I was wondering if they eat plants? and if so, what kinds? Also, what are signs of a healthy cory? Petco got in new stock last night and there were TONS of guppies. it was looking at a...a...rainbow or somethin lol. But they had albino and Julii (is that how you spell it?) cories and I just wanted some information on these little guys =)

No they won't, your plants will be safe. They are typically really hardy little fish so the only real things to look out for are obvious signs of fungus or damage or if they are lethargic.

Oh... make sure they have a nice set of "whiskers" as well... just because they look better, but also of they don't they can sometimes have a bacterial infection which can take a little bit to cure.
