DIY terracotter pot hide out

Im wanting to put a terracotter pot in my tank for my finsh.
Im going to clean it and soak it to make sure its clean.
I want to cover it in sand and gravel.What could I use to fo this and where can I get it from?

You could use silicone, then pour sand over it. You could also attach rocks and such this way.

What type of silcone.Just the stuff from the DIY shops?

I think you need 100% pure silicone with no added preservatives etc etc

Do not use pots that have been used for plants. They can have harmful chemicals & fertilizer residuals in them. New ones are dirt cheap and worry free. They do look nice in a cichlid tank

I went to Michael's (the craft store) to find my pots because they have a TON of different sizes at very good prices. As for the silicone, you can use GE II or aquarium sealant (found at your lfs). HTH.
