I was looking for something on ebay and came across this seller. What do you think?

That guy has ripped so many people off..

he hasn't ripped anyone off at all.

Yeah ok, he is probably selling other peoples' plans that anyone could find on the net if they could be bothered to look. But, i'm guessing they weren't copyrighted and nowhere in his auction or on his shop does he lay claim to the plans or suggest in any way that they were developed by him.

He is just being very shrewd and making a good amount of $$$ from an untapped source.

Again they are built off of the solar circuit. They are very simple in logic and design. I mainly worked on different body structures and how many types of movement could be made from the basic circuit.

Just a few. Each robot generally gets a burst of power every second in fil sun. The majority will move a 1/4 - 1/2 inch each time. In full sun they move nonstop. Hamster bot will charge for 2 minutes in full sun and run for several seconds. He will cover up to 6 - 9 feet in that time frame.
