I agree with Arfie, if you cant follow instructions then your post should be closed until you learn how to.
i very rarely am confused by people that include the city/local area but not the country. there are a few overlapping names (like "Birmingham"), but for the most part i can distinguish between the US states, Canadian Provinces, and the UK... ok, so i don't know the correct term but i get that if it ends in "shire", it's not located near me. Australia also has it's own special sound to its locales and non-English-speaking countries tend to not have place names that are in English.
thus, when people follow the posted instructions and put thier frickin' city/region in the original post, i find that it doesn't take long to figure out where in the world someone is.
