I agree with Arfie, if you cant follow instructions then your post should be closed until you learn how to.

i very rarely am confused by people that include the city/local area but not the country. there are a few overlapping names (like "Birmingham"), but for the most part i can distinguish between the US states, Canadian Provinces, and the UK... ok, so i don't know the correct term but i get that if it ends in "shire", it's not located near me. Australia also has it's own special sound to its locales and non-English-speaking countries tend to not have place names that are in English.

thus, when people follow the posted instructions and put thier frickin' city/region in the original post, i find that it doesn't take long to figure out where in the world someone is.

There's other continents besides America and England? I never knew? Please tell me about these places. Have they just been discovered?

All this time i though the earth was made up of 80% water, 10% America and 10% England......hmmmmm, i need to update my Atlas.

(btw this was not directed at anyone from the United Kingdom or the US......maybe except Ethos.)

I think everyone on here has a good point i just think it would be simplistic because not everyone writes their location in the title so why not divide it to make it easier for those of us looking..

don't really see the point maybe some one from another country maybe say wants to buy a product from u.s where they maybe couldnt get it here in the uk

But how many people from Asia actually use the buy sell and swap?

So because you haven't seen many items posted recently from countries other than UK and USA that means they shouldn't have the right to post in here if they choose? This type of thinking is really starting to annoy me. It's an international forum.. filled with members from many many different countries. All it takes is people to add thier country, region, city in the subject heading.. really.. how hard can that be??

OK , so I just read every post , almost never go to buy sell an swap.

I did notice that all but one poster on this thread has a location listed under there avatar , I think most here do , or we can hope .

All I can say , if you see something in "buy , sell and swap" that interests you , try not to get your hopes up , and you shouldn't be too disappointed .


And I'm with Wolf , Arfie , and Tidy [ has no location listed ]...........


Ironic , a simple suggestion to divide a small portion of this forum , serves to divide us at this level .................

Lol bed sounds good.. Well i figured this would be a good idea but i think the majority of people here dont agree with me.. You see a lot of it is people say local pickup only and i find a lot of it in the UK.. So for me its hard to find something ever on the forums Buy sell and swap thats anywhere close to me so dividing it wouldnt increase the chance but it would allow me to not miss anything and to not get my hopes up all the time.
