Discus treatment HELP

I currently have a discus with white spots over itself I’ve treated my tank with white spot treatment it’s helped one fish but this one it hasn’t really shifted,
I’ve attached some photos to see if you guys think it is something else

If it's white spot, the safest way to treat them is to raise the water temperature to 30C (86F) and keep it there for a couple of weeks, or at least 1 week after all the spots have gone.

Do a 80-90% water change and gravel clean the substrate before raising the temperature.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks. Wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use the media. Tip the bucket of dirty water on the lawn/ garden.

Increase aeration/ surface turbulence to maximise the oxygen levels in the water.
 
I second what Colin has said. If you do not have plants in your aquarium or certain species like Corydoras, you may want to add 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt per 3 gallons to help with recovery too.

Also, Discus can tolerate temperatures up to 34 degrees C so that is also a viable option for removing the parasites.
