How old is it? Seriously, you cannot keep a single discus really. I would probably take it back if it were me, or it will likely die. If you really want to do discus, wait until you get the bigger tank. They are pretty much the most sensitive fish you can keep. Have a read about them on some of the discus websites/forums. I am not trying to be harsh, but it won't work as it is right now.
