Dirty Tank. How to Clean it.

Hi Everyone ... I am being cheap.
Someone abandoned a 25 Gallon infront of my place a few days ago so I have taken it ..

It seems in perfect condition.
I am going to re-do the seals and go from there.

1 thing is the tanks bottom is very very dirty.
I have been lucky so far in this hobby and cleaning with a scrubing brush and warm water has worked perfectly.

But what are my options? Or Do I have it right?

Some people clean with a one tenth bleach solution i believe, just as long as you clean it out well after you can do that

EDIT: oh forgot to mention...i wish people abandoned 25 gallon tanks infront of my house!

You might want to set it out back, fill it with the hose and let it sit overnight. Knowing whether it really leaks or not is just nice information to know later.

ps. I agree about the mild bleach solution.. don't know whether letting the really dirty part soak in that might help but I think it would be worth a try unless someone else says otherwise...
