Dim Lights

Hi,

I plan to breed bettas and as some of betta keepers noe, males need dim light at night to pick up the fry that drop.I was thinking puting glow in the dark stuff around it but looking for better suggestions and i dun wan any moon lights..Any other suggestions?

If you dont want "moon" lights, how about white LEDs? They're pretty low-power and dim

My pirahnas need dim light, i did it by wrapping black insulating tape around the tube in a barber shop spiral style... its fine the tube dosnt get too hot...

i get 3 layers of foil and flatten it against the glass the light goes on, then tear sections out. dims the tank and makes it look like the suns rays coming thru the water.
