Diluting Melafix

Ok. Here's the deal. I have a few boys with fin rot right now. I tried daily water changes and salt, but is hasn't helped much, so I'm wondering how I can properly dilute melaxfix so it'll be safe. I have a massive bottle of it just sitting here, but I don't want to use the full dose as I understand it can be toxic. If anyone knows a formula for diluting the stuff, it'd be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Dilute it to 1/5 strength.

According to advice on here, use at the dose on the bottle, but do large water changes between each daily dose.

I think you might be looking at the BettaFix part of the chart - if you're using MelaFix, make CERTAIN that you dilute it down by 1/5 and also do a full water change between dosages - or back it off so you're only dosing for the amount you took out.
