Being that my pond will only hold about 140 gallons, i wont have too many fish in it. I want a few goldfish but i want each to be differently colored so i can identify them individually.

so far ive got a shubunkin, a solid orange comet, and a orange-and-white comet quarantined. i'll be getting a plain silver comet too. any other ideas? preferably nothing rare/expensive/hard to find.

I was browsing a pet store yesterday and saw black comets... they were spectacular! Very similar in coloration to black moors. I recommend you also look into wakins and jikins, they are pond goldfish with some very unique body shapes / colors.

the ponds only 140 gallons..and how deep?..you ahve to think of the growth of the fish and filtration as well.

most ponds are under filtered so can only hold a few fish without problems..for 140 gallons id say no more than 4 fish.

you can get YELLOW comets in Pets At Home. Theyre lovely looking and different.
