Guess who's back, back again, Hanny's back, TELL YO' Friends.
Im so happy!

I just was looking in my tank, just watching two little shrimp thats all thats left in the tank.

Then I noticed little things moving around, baby shrimp!

Oh I'm so happy I know my mum loves the shrimp she thinks they're 'cute' and if i tell her i can sell the babies (and not say i will use the money to buy more shrimp) i know she'll agree to keeping them, so, it looks like im setting it back up!!

I'm going to just start off slowly, gonna get a load of elodea/anacharis (that pondweed stuff) and use a sponge filter, hopefully the plants will help combat the algae issue.

It's not gonna look anything like the window setup, and i may move the tank, but i dont know, and it will not happen fast as i have no money to spendf on it, but all i really need is a small filter and a heater. i already have basics, but need to upgrade pretty sharpish.


I have good vibes about this, i can just see a shrimp filled tank, no fish, just shrimp

i had about 70 cherry shrimp bewfore until i introduced my rainbow. 70-0 within a week. Extinct species in my tank. i didn't bother selling them.

hi i have a 10 litre tank its really big and i have 3 bettas and 1 catfish in i like the colours the pet shop guy said i didnt need a filter or a heater and not to do water changes because its bad 4 the good bacteria that live in the water.

can i add some more fish to my tank it looks boring?

i also have pink rocks and purple plastic plants.

are you seeting up a new tank cycle (fishless) if not then i would add any more to your ten litre too small for one betta anyways imo. sorry. you do need a filter to keep everything nice clean and running smootly imo. only do a water change to your cycle when the ammonia nitrate or nitrite hit spikes. or get high.

before the internet dies again, can someone have a look in the classifieds and see if there is any heaters/filters/plants/wood/rocks for sale that is available to post to blackburn as i cant seem to get on the forum very easily for some reason.

Also, I recommend that you put a red tailed catfish and a shoal of about 10 silver sharks in your tank - they'd fit perfectly and would cool innit! Maybe a giant gourami as well! Don't forget to feed it up on plenty of kitkats

I think you should a few Frontosa's and some clown loaches , they like to be in groups of 6+
