Diagnosis Needed

Sorry havent been posting in your thread as colin was there for you.
Tetracycline will wipe the benefical bacteria out in the filter so its best to treat in issolation.
Medicated food is the best if the fish is still eating, but not sure if you can get hold of it in the your country.
Sorry read the wrong profile it was colin who's from australia.

If I can get medicated food in the uk I will do. It's been one problem after another in this tank. Something sparked them off and I've lost quite a few.

Gotta go work now but thanks for the help.

Don't think you can buy medicated food in the uk.
You can mix the antibiotics in food, you use egg white.

I've installed a new filter last night and another oxygen pump to circulate the water and I've made a 50% water change. Checked all the stats and they are correct. I've not added any treatments at this time I may try the egg yolk and antibiotic. I could get hold of Interpet Internal Bacteria (I think it's called) today but there is a big improvement again on the fish. How weird is this! I think I should run a course of this anyway because how many times now have I said "they look better!"

1 female isn't eating today, no new signs of anything. Improvement on 2 fish for sure!

Give the anit internal baceria med a few days to kick in.

I would only advise antibiotics in issolation so the healthy fish don't get used to them.
You soak a pellet in egg white I think then roll the pellet in the crushed antibiotic, then put in fridge till its firm.
