Deltec Mce 300 Skimmer Help!

My skimmer is playing up and wondering if anybody who has one can help me out. It is still making bubbles but no matter what i do with the airline the water level wont rise or move at all. The pump is still making bubbles when i look down the back but the skimmer isnt pushing water through and out the otherside. Any ideas?

They sometimes start up with the impellor spinning the wrong way, try turning it on and off a few times see if it sorts it.

Not making any difference HG any other ideas? i have tried stripping it all down but scared of breaking it does it all come apart HG?
